Pandora Shuts Its Doors To Non-US listeners

Pandora is blocking access to non-us listeners as of today so I dont know how this is going to affect development of Pandoras Box but hopefully the service will resume for listeners outside of the US in a couple of months.

Pandora Shuts Its Doors To Non-US listeners

I was guessing the day would come when I would no longer be able to enjoy www.pandora.com

I dont know how this is going to affect development of Pandoras Box but hopefully the service will resume for listeners outside of the US in a couple of months.

I dont know what I am going to do for finding new music while programming now :-(

As of 16.45pm GMT I can access the service but I expect once I get back from Edinburgh on Sunday I will be locked out.

Pandoras Box will still work for US residents but unfortunately, I doubt I will be able to enhance it anymore.

i gave up on pandora months ago, it really never clicked w/me, the artists it suggested *always* ended up in the same genre, same few bands.

Dr.Goulu and Willian: Unfortunately, a proxy on Pandoras Box would not be something that is possible because it would change your global Internet Explorer settings and all browsers would go through that proxy. I tried running the Pandoras Box initial URL through a prioxy by URL and got as far as the streaming. The flash actually loaded but because the flash wasnt going through a proxy it failed at the streaming bit. You could change your global internet settings to route everything through a proxy and that *might* work. Let me know if anyone tries this!
